How to lose weight while rollerblading
Recently I have been looking for a good way to lose weight. I"ve tried swimming, volleyball and weight lifting. But the only thing I really love is rollerblading. I can do this very well because I was given my first rollerblades twenty years ago. It was a rare thing in this country at that time and lots of kids were fascinated with this strange kind of skates, as they called them. I had learned to ice skate a long time before so using my rollerblades was not really a complicated thing. Now I wonder if it is possible to lose weight in this way. I"m a bit overweight, not much, but it is difficult for me to maintain normal weight. I have made some simple calculations and found out that two hours of rollerblading every day would help me lose five kilograms in a couple of months, provided I don"t eat junk food and don"t forget doing other exercises as well. I have recently found a wonderful rollerblading path. It actually intended for use by cyclists, but why not try it from time to time when it"s not really so crowded? There is a wonderful lake nearby and the place is very quiet, just what I like. I hope I lose weight by the end of this year. Of course it will start snowing in December, but I can always go skating to the local ice rink.
